I am about to finish my third week at Bar None. I joined the 6-week challenge to get back into a routine of working out and the accountability. So far I really enjoy the work outs. If you are looking for a supportive, motivating environment where nobody judges you and the workouts are varied and challenging I would recommend this gym.

This is one of the best place if you interested in weight loss. I started loosing weight right from first week. The trainers are good. They understand our pain points and work as per our goals.
I strongly recommend this training.

Nice facility. The 6wk challenge I am currently in has been great so far. The instructors have been very helpful with inquiries and assistance with exercise modifications. I can choose the classes that best fit my schedule (they offer 5-6 a day; Mon-Fri). They provide a meal-plan based on the program you are on which is really helpful to get you on track. I am looking forward to seeing my results at the end of my challenge.

I haven't historically had much to post publicly but over the last 6-7 weeks you have seen many, many check-in at my new gym. The likes and comments gave me the virtual warm and fuzzies but the workouts and nutrition plan through The BarNone Challenge have made me feel stronger than I have in more than a decade. I'm no stranger to a gym or fitness but these trainers and the entire staff are the most thorough and positive out there! Over the 6 week challenge they learned my weakness then corrected them and pushed me harder where I was already strong. At the end of that journey I successfully hit my goal of of losing 20 pounds (20.8 actually!) but it was the energy and muscle definition gained that blew me away! AND it was easy guys! I mean brutal at times but really I just had to show up and do what they told me...anyone can do that! The meal plan kicked my craving in about 3 days. And let me tell you, my sweet tooth raged most of the time before. I will now be a member so that I don't fall back into old habits and am so thankful that I took the leap by attending the orientation without worrying about whether or not I could or should do it. If you are stuck and motivation and will power continue to fail you like it had me than I highly recommend the 6 week challenge at BarNone! What do you have to lose except 20 pounds?

Best scary decision I've ever made! I signed on the dotted line and thought maybe I could do this, then as I started the workouts and I thought how am going to keep this up! But each time I had to drag myself out of bed to go to an early class it got better and easier and I've never felt such a sense of community and encouragement and it totally paid off and I lost the weight and am ready for the next 20!

My experience with BarNone has been awesome! I am a part of the 6 week weight loss challenge and it includes a meal plan, 5 workouts a week, accountability, and all the tools necessary to keep you going strong. The trainers have made this an even better experience with their support, knowledge, expertise, and they always keep your safety in mind when working out. The workouts are my favorite part of this experience because they will always push you no matter your athletic abilities. The meal plan is strict, but the results are undeniable when you follow the instructions. I have lost over 23 pounds during this 6 week challenge, I will be starting another 6 week challenge, and I am excited to continue my journey with BarNone!

My experience with BarNone has been nothing short of incredible over the past 6 weeks! I joined them for their "6 week--20 lbs weight-loss" program, and the proof has been in my results. Over the past 6 weeks, I've worked my butt off (quite literally) and have made sacrifices if time, sleep, energy, and fatty foods, but it has been well worth it! And not just because of the 20+ lb weight loss, but because of the coaches & team. These guys and gals are the epitome of professionals in their field, but they are also insanely supportive! Workouts have been grueling, but they have been by my side, encouraging and complimenting me with every drop of sweat. I truly believe each and every one wants me to succeed and gets just as excited as I do with each pound lost at weigh-ins! Do not misunderstand me, this is tough! It is hard! And it is painful! BUT IT IS WORTH IT! I still have a long way to go to reach my healthiest me, but you better believe I'll be continuing to pursue it at BarNone!

The Camp Challenge workouts were life changing. The classes are different every time and the trainers are super encouraging. They are all modifiable depending on past injuries or abilities. Through the six week challenge it was amazing to see myself go from modifying many activities to pushing myself to add extra movements to activities as the trainers suggested. I could never have gotten to this fitness level with a DVD. The combination of trainers and the friends you make during the process really push you to a whole new level.

The classes at BarNone Training are amazing. Trainers are positive and encourage you to do your best. I was concerned about previous injuries but their system to accommodate injuries is simple and effective. I completed the 6 week challenge and I am excited to continue reaching new goals as a member.

When I first signed up I thought it might be like everything else I tried to loose weight and get healthy. I was wrong! I have never felt better! This changed my life,from the amazing new friends I have to the AWESOME trainer's. I completed my first challenge and have never felt more motivated. I have now chosen to become a member and I'm absolutely so excited. If you're looking for something to change your life and help you see results this is the place for you. I can't imagine not making the decision to join the challenge. Thanks Barnone team!

Six weeks ago, I had every excuse. Six weeks ago, I was not the role model I wanted to be for my children. Six weeks ago, I was not a priority to myself. Six weeks ago, I had set myself up to fail. THEN... I rediscovered BarNone (The Camp Challenge). Yes, I lost 24lbs in 6 weeks, but what I gained is what I got out of this incredible experience. I had coaches and staff holding me accountable to my workouts and truly wanting and routing for my success. I had fitness partners who were pushing themselves as hard if not harder than I was pushing myself. I had my family supporting every meal I prepped and co-workers who cheered on every time I passed on a non-FTDI food!

Today, I am the role model I want my children to know! I am a priority to myself and in turn a priority to my family. I don't have excuses- I have results and I have a series of undiscovered success awaiting me. I am setting myself up for success and am taking BarNone with me!

6 weeks ago I went into The Camp Challenge not knowing what to expect or if I would actually get anything out of it. Now that I have successfully completed the challenge I can say I got more out of it that I would have ever expected. The trainers are great, motivating, encouraging, and hold you accountable. Although the meal plan was a little more difficult for me, I pushed through, lost the 20lbs and am excited to be continuing with a membership to their gym. It was an excellent way to kick start my weight loss journey and to give me positive results that will make me what to continue making healthy choices in my life!

This challenge was absolutely the best thing I have done for myself in a very long time. Aging and injuries had me convinced I would never be fit again. I assumed I had to accept it. This challenge changed everything. The workouts were hard (very hard) but the trainers helped keep it fun. The friends I met helped keep me motivated. If you want to be fit and have fun this is the place!

HANDS DOWN this has been one of the best training facilities I have participated in! You will not find classes like this anywhere else! When you decide to commit to the experience and challenge at BarNone, you will get more out of this than you ever expected. The accountability from the staff and other members you receive is ongoing. It doesn't stop when you walk out the door. Don't hesitate on this one!!

I absolutely loved everything about my 6 week 20lb challenge experience!!! The trainers, work outs, comprehensive meal plan, group encouragement, individualized attention, and current members all make this a one of a kind experience. I began this challenge out of shape, addicted to sugar, and frustrated with my body image. Now I have soo much good clean energy, zero food cravings, AND I'm excited to wear a swim suit this summer!! AMAZING!
I have been in and out of all kinds of gyms and tried to follow all types of diets with no lasting success OR sense of community OR accountability. This challenge was NOT easy but I NEVER felt like I was in it alone. This gym really cared about all aspects of my journey: They celebrate all the achievements, coached, corrected, and encouraged during work outs, consistently checked in with eating habits, made suggestions and tweaks along the way, AND kicked my butt when I need it. I am thrilled with my results and strongly recommend this gym for anyone looking for a major lifestyle change! If you are tired of all the other methods out there, and are willing to put in the work, this is the place for you!!

OMG! I can't say enough good things about the 6 week 20lb challenge. The past six weeks have been a journey for sure and I would not have been able to do it without the support of the staff at BarNone. The group training is exactly what I needed. Someone telling me to keep going! Also the new friends I made and support from them kept me going. It was a struggle at times but I enjoyed every minute of it! So If you are contemplating whether or not this is the right thing for you.... DO IT!! You will be glad you did!!

I was recommended to this camp by a friend. Seeing the results and the change in his life motivated me to do the same with mine. After 6 weeks and over 20 lbs lost I can say that I am turning over a new leaf in regards to exercise, eating, sleep habits, and my life in general. The support offered at The Camp, from the instructors to the fellow campers has been incredible. Every day I leave feel confident and excited to return for another work out. The encouragement day in and day out made it possible for me to achieve my goals. The only critic/concern I would have is I would like less social media wise and more face to face interaction. Some information I felt was mixed up and it resulted in confusion. If there could have been more clear instructions upfront, I would have thought the whole camp was flawless. Overall, I was extremely pleased and cannot wait to begin another challenge!

I joined this challenge to lose weight and be more healthy. The start was difficult but starting was the first step that helped me reach my goal. There were many challenges in between but the FTDI(Follow the Damn Instructions) was a good resource to keep me in track. The staff is very supportive and were of great help in making me achieve my goal. The whole environment is great and energetic. The camp has great trainers who are dedicated and experienced. This is a great place to start your weight loss journey and I would recommend this to anyone wanting to be more healthy and you get to experience what it feels like to be healthy and fit. Being healthy is a lifestyle and this place will teach you exactly that in the process.

For the longest time, I've had very low self esteem, when a friend told me about the camp, we both agreed to join, I was nervous but excited that i was actually taking the first steps into changing myself. Week one was very difficult, I wasn't used to working out or the diet that was given to us. I was sore the entire first week. By week two, I began to feel better and my co workers were already telling me they were seeing results!! That made me so happy and more motivated.
The workouts were hard at first (especially when you have to wear a brace) but i pushed myself as much as I could and was still able to complete them. I loved the instructors, they motivate you and they care and are extremely nice. They want to make sure your posture in the moves are correct so you wouldn't get hurt. Struggling a bit? Good. You'll learn and if its still a little difficult the instructors can help and so do the members. The members are also all very nice. The camp felt very family like and supportive, i never once felt regret showing up. A fear of mine was that everyone was gonna judge me and my weight and appearance but in reality, no one really cares, they only care to motivate you to reach your goals!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CHALLENGE TO EVERYONE!!! I gained enough confidence to buy form fitting dresses for the first time! I was so happy that I bought 3 of them! I'm really happy that I made the choice to do the 6 week challenge

I completed the Camp's 6 week, 20 lb challenge a few days ago and I cannot say enough good things about this place. I was skeptical that they would be able to help me lose 20 lbs as I have never really been overweight (never larger than a size 6). However, I had seen a few friends take the challenge and I decided to go for it. This was an incredible experience and it made me change the way I eat, workout, and live in general. The classes are hard, but they are so fun! You get an amazing workout in only an hour. The trainers are there to motivate and help you through it all. The hardest part for me was the diet, but you get used to eating the food by Week 2 and soon you will not miss bad food because your body will feel so good. If you stick to the program 100%, you will lose the 20 lbs. I lost 21.6 in the 6 weeks and I never thought that was possible. If you are even considering taking the challenge, I encourage you to go to the orientation at least. Don't put it off another 6 weeks, just do it!

I completed the BarNone 6 week camp challenge and personally it is one of the best decisions I've made. I heard about the challenge from a friend of mine, whose enthusiasm about it convinced me that I should give it a shot too. I've always had trouble with staying true to my healthy lifestyle commitments, but the challenge helped me get past that hurdle. It made me healthier and also confident that I can do it all over again.

The trainers and workouts are great. Having multiple sessions to choose from any day is very useful when there are work/travel related commitments. We also get a lot of tips and suggestions about how to eat healthy and ensure that the body receives all the necessary nutrients.

The support structure including previous challengers, members and rest of the BarNone staff help a lot with keeping ourselves motivated and also answering any questions we have.

Even though I completed the challenge, I decided to stay with BarNone as a member and also convinced my wife to join me.

I'm glad I took the challenge and I'd highly recommend anyone thinking of making a lifestyle change to try it out too.

The camp challenge has been a great experience for me. I love the structure of a different class every day to switch it up. I'm a person that always played sports in the past and find it hard to motivate myself in the gym on my own. Having a class with others allows me to push myself in a way I've never been able to achieve on my own. The diet is hard, but the exercise makes it worth it. The staff is supportive and it's fun to see other challengers like me almost every day working to improve themselves as well.
