USSD prairie village is amazing! My son has learned so much about balance, respect, strength and is overall a more confident kid in just 6 months. Preety good. My kids had swimming lessons scheduled for 2 months. When the day comes no teacher shows up. My 5 and 3 year old are left standing there disappointed. I asked the swim club coach and she said this has happened at least a couple of times before.... more
Love this gym! Amanda is a great coach and trainer. Would highly recommend her and all of the other instructors. Great workout!. My wife and I got a membership here back in February and have absolutely loved the kickboxing classes! We are complete rookies, but enjoy the cardiovascular challenge and learning all the hit combinations :) I really like all the trainers there, but Whitney is the one I have most consistently .... more
I would not recommend this gym- especially if you are looking for a short term commitment. I wanted to use this gym for three months that I was home from college and it was fine while I went there.... more
Great vibe in this studio! The instructors are supportive and push you to do your best no matter if you are a beginner or a pro. Workouts are hard, but that is the reason that it makes you keep coming back.... more
I absolutely love Bar Method. The exercises are safe and effective , the staff is knowledgeable, encouraging and inviting, and the community is second to none. I have been a loyal customer for over 6 years and cannot see any reason to ever stop coming here.... more
