Today was water aerobics; lots of fun & hard work. They have lots & lots of water classes, as well is a full gym, cycling classes. Step classes & Silver Sneakers avail too. Also have good personal trainers. Not to mention massage services & facials!!
Great value. They have a pool and lots of classes that you can take as part of your membership. I had a planet fitness membership, this is real close in price
Clean and friendly location to do your workout at. They cater to an older age base, but it is for anyone, and means that normal busy times are typically slower here than your other chains in town. The have a massive free-weight area, and machines for every muscle group.

Only downside, is that things like the carpet and walls could do with a facelift as they are starting to show their age.

Nice staff, gym equipment is adequate and well Maintained, not a huge variety of strength machines, but they have a few unique ones that are very good.
This a very laid back atmosphere. It is much larger than it seems
I love Element! They are so welcoming and relaxed there, I wasn't intimidated to start working out. They have great specials when you first join, getting free meetings with trainers and a free message! Loved the training sessions. I go during the day and it's never crowded. I've gone on some weekends and weeknights and it's great as well.

Staff is wonderful, gym is clean, really like the pool and being able to take the classes even if I was the youngest by 30 plus years ;) Sad I work such crazy hours and had to move to a 24 hour gym.
Their pool is 88 degrees for people with arthritis. It is open for all age swimmers at noon and in the evenings.They have many different machines and weights to work out with. There is a small track that is usually busy, although the carpet should be replaced on it and throughout the rest of the building. They have several types of water exercise classes in addition to spin and yoga classes. People may make appointments for massages. There is also a staffed nurse for the little ones.
I joined this gym about 6 months ago and absolutely love it! I like that its not a major chain and has a "family type" atmosphere. Karen is always so kind and the management has always been helpful. It's also very affordable and my 3 year old goes to the child care room often and the staff in there is amazing as well. Awesome place!
Hoesntly I don't want to give it a positive review because I don't want people to come here. lol it's a great gym that gets the job done, it's not fancy but I like it that way. That way you know the people are here to workout and not just bask in the beauty of the gym. Lol the prices are definitely competitive and it's doesn't have a corporate feel like the other gyms which is what ultimately sells me. Their isn't pressure to get a memebership really at all, at least for me. The people that come here take working out serisouly and we are developing our own little workout community/family here. Honestly can't complain, if you are picky about everything being flawless though this gym isn't for you.

Really nice staff, clean facility. Not the most updated, but definitely great for the price. Most of the classes are free (RIGHT!?) and I attended the yoga classes pretty regularly. They have classes for all ages and fitness levels, and work with you. The indoor pool is also great! The bottom is a bit tattered up and could be resurfaced, but you can swim in it just fine! I also enjoy the sauna.
