OT is always a great work out. If you're tired or sore you can always scale back throughout the work out and still walk out burning at least 400 calories. Some work outs are better than others depending on your strengths and weaknesses but overall, it always feels great to go and finish a work out!.... more

Power Life is my favorite gym ever! Why? -Number of classes offered per day and times of classes offered -The combination of Yoga, Barre and Scuplt classes works for me. -3 of the 4 Locations work very well for me -Because there is a variety of qualified instructors, my workouts are never boring or repetitive, and the music is always great -bathrooms are clean -the level of heat is just right and what motivates me to get there in the dead of winter -the "community" is fantastic and very welcoming to everyone.... more
Greg, I was very pleased with Derick as my trainer. Unfortunately he wanted to move on. However, I now have Crystal as my trainer and she is a very good trainer and I like her. She is doing everything to keep me healthy and strong so that I can continue playing tennis long after my current 84 years of age.... more
