I'm a big Marriott fan, but this stay was not as pleasant as I've come to expect. The staff was not rude, but they were not as polite as usual. The room had an odor, but the front desk did quickly offer another room - which was nice.... more

Management and staff are rude and unprofessional, they act more like bouncers at a night club than a professional working for a successful health club chain. They all seem to work out during peak hours taking up equipment and talking to each other and not allowing paying members to use.... more
