I have been a client of this studio since 2012. I love it! The instructors are fantastic and know their stuff. There are class times from 6A to 6P most days. I always feel like I can find a time to workout every day. The classes range from equipment pilates (on the reformer) to barre, TRX and mat pilates. Each class is different so I never get bored and my body never gets used to it. I'm sore somewhere after each class! Excellent blend of cardio and strength.
