Great gym with everything you need for olympic lifting, strongman, and powerlifting. Great gym. Has a good mix of Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, and strongman equipment. Not a lot of accessory machines but it has the important stuff.... more

Love this gym! Amanda is a great coach and trainer. Would highly recommend her and all of the other instructors. Great workout!. My wife and I got a membership here back in February and have absolutely loved the kickboxing classes! We had our daughter's 4th birthday party at Integrity and couldn't have been happier with how well it went. Our party coordinator/facilitator was very helpful and friendly and the gym was clean and safe for our daughter and her friends as well as younger siblings.... more
USSD prairie village is amazing! My son has learned so much about balance, respect, strength and is overall a more confident kid in just 6 months.
