Home Holistic has been such an important part of my motherhood journey! I cannot day enough great things about Ashley and the other women who make it a home away from home!
This place is amazing and so much more than just a yoga studio. I can not recommend this place enough to all my mama friends. The yoga classes are awesome, and I especially loved taking my kids to do yoga with me. Ashley and Jessica and really everyone there are so supportive and helpful. They also have an awesome chiropractor as well!
Great company, but even better women! So thankful for all of them. Will be having them attend my birth in June as my Doula, and have been taking their yoga classes for the past couple months! I would recommend this to any soon to be, pregnant, and postpartum mamas!

The owner or founder ( not sure which she is ) , she discriminated against me because I was a teen mother. We lost our triplet girls early August and being discriminated against for being a teen mom is not / was not very pleasant.

I love Home Holistics! I have been with Ashley for prenatal yoga since before she started Home Holistics. I of course followed her to her new home and have enjoyed toddler yoga and Om Peace yoga for myself! She aligns herself with amazing people for accupunture, chiropractic, massage and more! In addition to all the great benefits and services her studio offers, she also runs a Facebook page called OMamas it is a fantastic resource for local mom's to find answers from each other, know what events are going on around town and to make new friendships. Ashley offers a great sanctuary online and off for all Kansas City mamas and I am so glad I found her! :)
