New 10 week course member. I attend the location on Boyson Road. It's hard core, intense and exciting. Excellent teachers & staff to them you are family not just another member. Plus its a great way to meet new people of all ages and encourage one other to keep your head up.... more
I love kickboxing is a great workout! It is so much fun and the instructors bring amazing energy and motivation to your workout!. Love the workouts. They are an hour long and you feel so much better after.... more
Dropped in last week while traveling for work. Great people, great coaching, and great facility. Very clean and lots of space to work with. Coach Dmitry was excellent with explaining all the movements of the workout, and even assisted with providing some pointers on form and technique with me.... more
I love this location! I was having trouble at the Helen Nasif location due to an inadequate number of adaptive/accessible machines + many of them being broken, so I could never get my workout in.... more
Amazing place to work out. There are fitness classes as well like zumba, yoga, Tai chi etc at different times. There are courts for different games like basket ball, badminton etc. Huge area with almost all equipments we can think of.... more
The MAC has always been excellent with their customer service. This is what makes them stand out above other gyms. They always have a presence at the front counter and their employees greet you upon arrival and wish you a good day when you leave.... more
If you like finding fingernail clippings all over the gym, crossfit room, and sauna then this is the place for you!. my husband and I cancelled our membership in person, was told by the employee she would take care of it.... more

Desk staff is always professional and courteous!. Would be awesome if they had child watch available for a few hours on weekends so single moms could come work out. They advertise child watch available Monday through Thursday for a few hours, but I have yet to see it available on any of the Tuesdays I've tried to utilize this.... more

This place is great, last time I was here it was great. there is a great daycare, and the building is really good maintenanced.. The locker room is awful, outdated. There is no sauna.... more
