My favorite gym on the planet. Been training Jiu Jitsu and kickboxing here for two years now and it just keeps getting better. The coaches are amazing for ALL levels. No better place to train!
Our 11 year old son started beginner Jiu Jitsu a few months ago. The coaches and staff are warm and inviting while at the same time showing the kids how to be respectful and disciplined. We love the environment. Our son enjoys it so much that he goes 3 days a week faithfully and will not let us miss a day. I highly recommend checking it out!
I love beginner's kickboxing! Erik is a great coach and his knowledge about the sport really makes me feel like I'm learning proper technique. Every class is different and I feel like i'm getting stronger everyday!
Absolutely phenomenal place to train BJJ or kickboxing, all levels welcome and will learn lots. Great instructor, with a strong sense of community and a focus on both improvement and enjoyment. Newcomers always welcome! I'm pretty new to this place and always look forward to my next training session.

I was in CR for business and attended their fundamentals and advance BJJ classes and had a great time. The Coaches and Staff were very welcoming and they made me feel at home. On the mat I received excellent BJJ instructions and had a blast rolling with the other students. If I lived in CR this would be the gym I would go to. Now I'm looking forward to my next business trip to CR, hope to see you guys soon.
I started at hard drive with the AM cardio class. I love the workouts because they are never the same and are full of positive encouragement throughout. It makes you want to come back for more no matter how hard it was! Everyone is so friendly and helpful it truly is like family. We hold each other accountable and push each other to do our best! Have not tried all of the other classes they offer but would like to in the near future. I would highly recommend giving any class a try.
The instructors are so patient and professional. Those training there are like family. There is something for everyone here. I've lost weight, I feel great, I feel like I'm at home - this place has changed my life!

I started my journey with a private one on one Brazilian jiu-jitsu lesson with Keoni Koch. This moment was in the works for about a year, as Keoni has been to my location for muscle work. It was time I stepped into his office.
His passion, knowledge, and humility with the sport was the introduction that spoke volumes to me. This wasn't just about technique on the mats, this was about respect to the sport and to your opponent, and translating that respect into everyday living. We went over a few basics in that hour. I knew I was hooked.
It wasn't until a few weeks later that I attended my first official beginners BJJ class. Encouraged by Jen Fields, Amanda Kupka, and Josh Burchett I participated when I would've been more than happy to sit and watch.
The people here want you to succeed, they want to teach you, and help you. There's nothing to be intimidated about. I felt included, and appreciated the patience that came with the teaching by others.
I have also worked closely with Brent Stepanek, as well as Courtney Johnson, and I feel they and Keoni Koch have a strong leadership that has created an environment full of energy and opportunity.
