Tried this place out recently and it really rocked! The owner is very friendly as well, and it is an inviting atmosphere. Highly recommend! A+
Fantastic place for a workout. Lots of different options for workout style. Plenty of equipment and cardio to be used. A pool, hottub, wet and dry sauna, as well as a message bed. Group class and martial arts training. Nice staff who will always make time to help. Best place in Cedar Rapids that don't cost an arm and a leg.
Was told to cancel send certified letter and account would be canceled and no more charges. Got notice back with signature but they kept billing, had to call explained they were still billing and they said they would refund two amounts. When only one month refunded called and bre said it takes30 days and no more refunds. Buyer beware! Should not recommend this place to anyone !

They have a large work out area and the staff are great to work with.
Easy to see new ownership has made the member experience a top priority. Great staff with lots of equipment. The dry sauna is a personal favorite especially with the cold weather! I definitely recommend this gym great price with 24 hour access!

It is a great place to workout people are very friendly I would rate this gym a 5 star not a 1 star!
Best gym in town for the money. Beats planet fitness, igym, and mac hands down. Best value for the most amenities, many unique and one-of-a-kind equipment types. Also, very large facility so you never wait in line for a machine, and it never feels overcrowded even during peak times.

I love the new owner. she is always smiling and always say hi and always ask how my day is going. she makes the place great because I look forward to go there to work out and just have someone that's nice to me. The new gym been better since the new manager took over.

It has a family type atmosphere and the place is kept clean and cool. Can't beat the price either.
It is 5 o'clock on a Sunday I drive all the way from my house to go to the gym which is supposed to be open till 7. I get there and all the doors are locked
Yes, they make you send in their cancelation form certified mail. Even though you are standing right there, trying to cancel. When asked the reason, I was told in the past they would receive a cancelation letter and it would not get done in a timely fashion therefore causing an issue with the customer when they charge another month because it can past the 30 days. So we need to pay extra to send certified mail, to show a proof of date received because of their poor management that cannot have their employees do their job... also when asked if there's a cancelation fee, I got an, "umm, I don't think so..."
