I like this gym, but they need to do something about the people waiting outside the door for entry outside staffed hours. We aren't paid to block people out, so there's nothing stopping them.
I would give them negative stars if I could. If you want some advice stay away from this gym and the corrupt financial institution they use to withdrawal money out of your bank account. Even after following their absurdly difficult protocol to the letter to cancel my membership they still took out the next years $45 dollar "membership fee". After disputing it with my bank, and having all of the evidence in emails and bank records backing my claim, they still told my bank they weren't giving the money back. I was told I would have to call them and dispute it. I don't need to point out the obvious ridiculousness of that statement. For the price the gym was okay at best. But unless you are prepared to by an igym member for life, whether you want to or not, I wouldn't bother with them. There are plenty of other gyms around town that you can call and actually talk to someone if you need to, and also use legitimate financial institutions to handle their membership fees. Don't waste your time and money with this gym.

I am a new member of iGym #1 and am really loving it so far! I was really looking for a gym that offered group fitness classes, so I was please to see that they offered different classes throughout the week. The staff is super friendly and helpful & the facility is clean! I am excited to reach my fitness goals at iGYM!

The gym is nice, but impossible to cancel membership! The payment processor is difficult to work with, charges fees and is just generally on the shady side. Avoid if you ever want to leave!

Worth the visit to check it out. Got the monthly VIP membership to go anytime and bring a friend on occasion.
The facility is very clean and all the equipment is very well maintained. Staff is friendly and go above and beyond to help you in any way! I would recommend this gym to any who asked and I am happy I switched to iGym!
This gym is fine for your regular workout routine and basic wants/needs. My major complaint is the payment system. I had my account on "freeze" and ended up getting fined for the yearly fee. After trying to get that back and cancel my membership, I was told I needed to "unfreeze" my account and then pay an additional monthly fee to cancel. The communication about all of this was not clear when I signed up, nor when I was on the phone with the company in charge of payments. Disappointed with the payment system. Regardless- if you're looking for a basic gym and understand freezing fees and cancellation fees then this gym is fine.

An affordable gym option. For $15 per month you have access to a gym full of equipment and lockers with shower stalls. Nothing fancy but equipment is new and the place is never too crowded. The hours could be better but it's still a great deal.

Always clean. No musty or smelly air. Rates are good, $60(ish) sign up fee then $15-$20 a month. Has a decent aerobics room which hosts classes from time to time. Just your standard gym. No sauna, steam room, pool or basketball court. Sundays this location is closed, but you can use the MAC which is 5 minutes down the road on that day and it has all of these amenities. Dumbbell weights go up to 75. You get better than what you pay for, but I'd pay a little more if it meant getting a sauna or steam room.

Clean and comfortable, and convenient location for good price. Never packed, but never empty. Feels like a very normal comfortable atmosphere. Staff has always been nice
Excellent value gym. They have lots of the most popular equipment, so there generally isn't a wait to use equipment except during the busiest times. It's clean, staff is friendly. Understand that they use a third party service to collect fees and dues, so issues you might experience with payments or charges reflect more on that company and not this gym. I definitely recommend iGym.
And by the way, if you get the VIP membership you get access to the M.A.C gym on Sundays.
