Amazing place to work out. There are fitness classes as well like zumba, yoga, Tai chi etc at different times. There are courts for different games like basket ball, badminton etc. Huge area with almost all equipments we can think of.... more
Love the atmosphere. And I know it says judgement free zone but there are those certain people that you know are silently judging you. I'm just trying to get in better shape. Don't ruin my motivation because you're already the weight it size you wanna be.... more

Tried this place out recently and it really rocked! The owner is very friendly as well, and it is an inviting atmosphere. Highly recommend! A+. Fantastic place for a workout. Lots of different options for workout style.... more
