Amazing place to work out. There are fitness classes as well like zumba, yoga, Tai chi etc at different times. There are courts for different games like basket ball, badminton etc. Huge area with almost all equipments we can think of.... more

WI-Fi been out on stationary treads and bikes for a month, any day now would be great.. call me lets talk.I went into the downtown facility Wednesday to get a gym membership and I was greeted my Chelsey she was excellent showed me the gym told me that there was other facilities in Cedar Rapids and helped me get the best membership that fit me.... more
Super clean gym. Bathrooms always on point.This was my first time wanting to go here. Online says 24hrs and it is open but I get there and it is closed. Hours on the door doesn't reflect the hours on Google or the name of this company.... more
It may be 24-7, but the office staff make it incredibly tough for you to drop your membership. I used both locations so they transferred my membership to the other location which is very tough for me to visit during the day.... more
The MAC has always been excellent with their customer service. This is what makes them stand out above other gyms. They always have a presence at the front counter and their employees greet you upon arrival and wish you a good day when you leave.... more

I like this gym, but they need to do something about the people waiting outside the door for entry outside staffed hours. We aren't paid to block people out, so there's nothing stopping them.... more
