The instructors are amazing. They make you feel like you are a part of the family; the workout is killer, and I have such a fun time. Extremely disrespectful adults. The Atmosphere when owned by Jim tighe was welcoming and fun, but since the recent new ownership, the atmosphere has turned toxic. They degrade other gymnasts and coaches in front of their own gymnasts at practice, And Their only priority is winning.... more
