Such a great gym! The workouts are intense but not boring. I have a short attention span and I love the fact that by the time I start to get bored, it's time for the next thing, in both the kick boxing and strength classes! There were so many CrossFit gyms to choose from when we moved up to Atlanta and I really appreciated the crew here allowing us a free week trial to become acclimated to the people and coaches - it speaks to how welcoming they are of newcomers!
