This is seriously my favorite place to work out! The studio is beautiful and well kept, and the staff is both friendly and well-educated in teaching pilates. I started my pilates experience at The Daily and it is now the only place in Atlanta I will go! Great customer service. Fun teachers. Fiera is especially helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend this gym. There's also an adult yoga class run by another business in the same building, so parents can often exercise at the same time as kids.... more

The classes here are challenging and the coaches really motivate and push you! Definitely one of the best workouts in Atlanta. The gym is a great space to workout in. It's always clean, climate controlled, and you don't feel stuffed into a small space like many other gyms.... more
