Started doing Yoga to help aid in my flexibility for weightlifting and help with my back. So far, I have been super pleased with the instructors, the spaces, and the sequencing. Yes, it is similar, BUT I, personally, like the consistency, because, as a beginner, I can get more practice in those poses.... more
This was a great workout and the teacher was wonderful but if you are a beginner you won't be able to keep up with this class. I didn't know beforehand that they suggest that you be able to hold a plank for 2 minutes before taking it.... more

Really happy with this gym. Its never too crowded, even at peak times, and I can always use the equipment I want. I never have trouble finding a great workout here.. The gym membership fee is inexpensive, plenty of workout equipment, never crowded around the time I attend , the outdoor running track is available, and the staff is very friendly.... more

This is fast paced power yoga. It could be overwhelming to new yoga practitioners, but it is truly an all-in-one workout: cardio, bodyweight strength, stretching, and core. The instructors are nice and cue well for a general acheivement of the poses.... more
