Love it. I'm from out of town here for internship. Tho kinda sucks summer hours don't go to midnight.
Great facility and even better swim training

Gym is OK. Good quality equipment but no squat rack and no barbell bench. Also, it's awesome that it is open late during the semester but sucks that it closes earlier during the summer.

Pretty good gym for cardio and free weight lifting. However all free weights come in the form of dumbells and weighted balls. There's no barbells or weight racks though.
Great pool, decent gym area and they offer an extended summer membership for a fair price (although it really should include a parking pass!) The hours that the pool is open could be improved - 10am on weekends is fine but 12pm on the weekdays is really late most most working people. It would be nice to offer the pool to members only from 6-10am or 7-10am on weekdays and it could even close from 10am-12pm, before opening again for the day.
Outside community can get memberships for about $10 a visit. Great place for swim workouts because it's open until November.
I LOVE this place! What I like most about the SAAC is how they're able to integrate Emory into the local community. They have great facilities, friendly/competent staff, and fun activities/events year-round.
One neat event happening right now is the Iron-SAAC, which is a friendly competition that gives individuals a chance to see what it takes to tackle all three disciplines of a triathlon; pretty cool!
If you've never been, I definitely recommend checking it out :)
The SAAC is such an amazing facility! One thing I appreciate about the workout area is that it is always extremely clean. During the summer, the whole family enjoys the beautiful outdoor pool. It is a great place to rent for parties if you have an event that would be great poolside in the summer months.
