Rev is an awesome full body workout--a great cardio challenge with strength and rhythm too. We love all the instructors but especially Becca!!!

Mind class is amazing! I've had back trouble for years but define is a great way to keep me going all week. Amazing instructors as well!
I attended the Saturday morning 8:15AM class with Alex. She was excellent. The facility is really nice with a handicap shower, a regular shower, and plenty of other amenities as well as a day care area. The class was a modified bar class which was really challenging especially in areas that I am not used to exercising. Alex was really encouraging and made adjustments when necessary but did not micromanage. Thanks Alex and Define. I shall return!

Definitely the best barre/spinning studio in Atlanta. They have high attention to detail, really nice people and you get a great work out. Also, they offer a "mind" class for complete spinal decompression (you hang upside down) which is seriously life changing.
