Deep Stretch (class) is the sweet spot for anyone just starting out with yoga, especially if they're prone to "overdoing it" and injury like me. The pace is slower, and you'll learn a lot of yoga words for "bend over and wave to your toes," that you'll hear in Village Flow (the faster, sweatier class) when you're ready. Plus, there's almost always a discount on the first few weeks (ask Becca she's in charge), so start with two classes a week, work your way up to a third, and treat yourself to coffee when you're done.
The 1:1 Assisted Stretch will help your hammies faster, and if you can manage to schedule them after those first few Village Flow classes, you'll get a personal and proper "cooldown" stretch and be clever just like me. Then buy yourself another coffee because they're delicious.
PS. If yoga is "your thing," I should have seen you at class this morning.
