One of the most welcoming and supportive studios I've been to. The teachers are wonderful for all skill levels, and happy to offer modifications. I've enjoyed every class I've taken here - from straight yoga to prenatal to bring-your-own-baby. Highly recommend!
Loved the prenatal yoga classes throughout my pregnancy. I also took a few barre classes during pregnancy and they adjusted the routine for me. I was well taken care of. I plan to routine to the mommy and baby classes as long as baby wants to leave the house ;)
I've recently started attending Miriam's Barre class at Solstice and it has been wonderful. I love the studio and the vibe is very warm and welcoming. Miriam is excellent as an instructor and I love how she gently gives you guidance to improve your form.
I have been going to Solstice almost weekly since it opened and I cannot say enough about the classes and the childcare. I originally went for the yoga classes - Kristen and Shonali are two of the best! I then got hooked on the barre classes - the instructors mix it up every class so you're never bored and you see results. The childcare is second to none - my kids ask to go to Solstice because they love hanging out with Cee Cee. It's a win-win!

I have loved the classes that I have been able to take since having my baby and am looking forward to trying more.
Call me Goldilocks: after an extensive search for a Pilates studio, I finally found one that's just right. The friendly and knowledgeable staff and instructors at Solstice always show concern for this cyclist's specific concerns. The space seemed small to me at first, but I've consistently found it - again - to be *just right* and pleasure in which to refine my practice.
Solstice is a great studio with a laid back, non competitive vibe. I love Jessica's barre classes and Shonali and Kristen's yoga classes and my kiddo has a great time with the babysitters! It's a win for everyone.
