Took a yoga class there on vacation and think about it at least once a week. Was so awesome! Great gym. Nice staff without interfering in work out..Receptionists are useless... classes were canceled multiple times without notifying the members, overcrowded, dirty, equipment is dated.... more
Not too crowded. Most people keep to themselves, so no judgements. Well kept and clean place. The staff will help you get a deal on your membership..Don't post review often unless I am 200% convinced.... more

Good customer service and their staffs were professional. Machines were maintained and the weights was organized. Clean bathrooms too..I love it, because it has everything I need, and I'm able to get my workout in and get out.... more
Clean facility and their staffs were friendly. Good working machines and a very clean bathroom..For the most part I enjoy working out at crunch fitness in Chino. It is frustrating when you come to the gym at 5am and it's not opened as scheduled.... more

It's got everything you need for a low price of $14.99. The equipment could be better and the number of members has definitely been maxed out. Good luck finding weights to use in the interval of 4-9PM.... more

COMPLETE SCAM!!! Manager was very rude and yelled at me through the phone after hanging up the first time. I was promised a 1$ membership and was tricked into a year membership. Called and they claimed the manager was busy, called again and talked to the manager and she told me "that's life" I went from paying 1 dollar to 175 without using my membership ONCE.... more

This is good gym but they will make it hard for you to cancel your membership and will trying to get as much money from you as they can. That being said, I ended up talking to a manager who was really sweet and helpful and helped me properly cancel without being overcharged.... more
It would be nice if they had a lap pool here.Arely told me I'd be refunded for the multiple months I was charged for after I had already cancelled. She asked for a good yelp review and told me the money would be refunded and then stopped replying to my emails and texts.... more
"Great staff, great people, and workout..Feels a little confining but great for a fast workout..The staff here is always super helpful and friendly. The membership is very reasonable, a nice amount of free classes are offered here, and it's is never overcrowded to the point where all of the equipment is occupied.... more

Nice location.I always feel comfortable at this gym. It is easy to go in and find machines that work for my workout plan of the day..I'm giving this place two stars because it's affordable and has decent facilities.... more
