If this gym wasn't close to where I live I would have canceled my membership a long time ago. This gym has the most rude, crude, arrogant members I have ever experienced in any fitness facility I have ever been a member of. Talking on the phone while sitting on machines/using equipment, using foul language, and inconsiderate in general. Most facilities have "code of conduct" signs posted throughout their gyms to remind members to be considerate to others......Not Crunch.
Great gym. Been coming here for a few months and the staff is great and they have all the equipment I need. Ask for Ana Flores if you are interested in a membership she will get you going. What are you waiting for. DO IT! You will be happy you did :)
I go for the clean, open, warm pool.
Over crowded pack them in gym. No longer a fitness club. Now it's like a crowded supermarket at rush hour.
The price of other gyms if more are far more attractive. If they could be allowed to let members work out in the parking spots they would so they can just pack more in.

24 hour fitness, la fitness suck. ..recommend crunch and for those wanting good results and may lack optimism. try orange theory fitness they run a brilliant and effective health club business. Simi valley has both these places.

I love this place. The staff is nice. The hours are convenient. This place is clean. The pool is beautiful. The tanning booth and massage chair are an added bonus.

My daughter joined the gym, and told my wife and I about her great experience and we went and received great customer service. Everything was explained upfront and we signed up the same night.
The recent remodeling just made that much better.

Didn't like the vibe in here. Too showy showy for me personally. Didn't go to the gym for almost 6 months because I just didn't like the environment. Switched back to the Y, which was my original gym, and got back into my workout regime.
The Crunch facilities are really amazing. The equipment is all new, and they have everything you would want in a gym. It really is a personal preference.
I would suggest trying a weekly pass at any gym prior to signing up, and really ask yourself how that particular environment makes you feel.

Nice gym , good training equipment. Fortunately the Sauna always is working at this location. They have basketball, racquetball and a pool.
Great place to work out. Watch out for the Day care ladies working on the day shift. They yell at the kids and ignore crying babies
Very well appointed gym with amenities many are missing such as Pool and sauna. Easy parking and great class schedules.
Clean and not very crowded, has alot more equipment than other Crunch locations
It's the gym. I like visiting other Crunch gyms......but I always think the one at home is good...

I would like to see more night classes during the week days as many people work and cannot make the afternoon classes, there are very few option after 530 pm
We started off with an issue upon signing up but Mike worked with us and was very understanding and willing to fix the issue as well as help us figure out what level best suited our needs. Positive first experience!
Great gym with a huge amount of classes. There is a spin studio, yoga studio and large group class room. They have a great pool and outdoor training facility. All very impressive. Well kept gym too. Teachers in the spin class are challenging and fun.
Terrible club. Management is horrible and continued to charge me after I told them to cancel my membership.
A lot of equipment to use but the membership has outgrown the facility due to very low rates for basic services. The facility is not cleaned very well either. Lastly if you use their towel service the machine they use to track the towels doesn't work properly and creates bogus late towel fees which is charged to your credit card without notification.
