I've been going here since I was 23. I am now 27. I am in the best shape of my life and its all thanks to Robert Sr And Scrappy. I highly recommend Kid Gloves boxing!. Took my son to try a class, and I was so impressed by my sons reaction to the class at 7 years old but more importantly how his coach trained him and put focus on him!! No class times, great trainers, fun, 30 mins, and always different. I cannot recommend this place enough. I've been coming to 9Round for 2 years. The workouts continue to be challenging everyday - I love the flexibility of scheduling, however, the best thing about 9 Round are the trainers - they greet you by name, always with a smile, encourage and motivate you to make the most of the 30 minutes - modify moves when needed - worth the investment in you!!... more

Love the camp transformation it's a great place to work out and James and Ricky are great trainers. The Camp Transformation Center in Simi Valley is outstanding! I would not be getting up every morning at 4:30 to work out at 5:00 if it was not for the great staff; the instructors are extremely motivational and I get a better workout in 50 minutes that I do in 2 hours going to my former gym.... more

Great instructors in the group classes. Unfortunately the cleaning is POOR. Showers are filthy, moldy and soap containers are often empty.. The gym here is remarkable. Clean and a lot equipment.... more

Always come here when Im in town.. lots of equipment, not overly crowded, cardio cinema is cool. Outdoor swimming pool is nice. Locker rooms are clean. A great place to work out and feel comfortable doing it.... more
