I love the workouts! Every time is unique and they fly by faster than any class I have ever taken!
Love, love, love all the instructors at club Pilates Simi Valley! Susan, Cindy & Charisse are the best. The ladies at the desk are fantastic too. Thank you to Joanne, Alex, Fran, Julie and especially Jahnis. Everyone makes you feel at home and the instructors are very knowledgeable.
Be very careful with this company. Joann and Jahnis their both absolute criminal's and Joann is is very dishonest person said one thing and did the exact opposite. The things these two will do for a few hundred dollars is scary. Joann took advantage of my wife's innocence and mislead her with the cancellation she offered to do something outside of company policy dropped the ball and now won't own up to it she forgot to set the "task" they call it. Jahnis is a very angry person when I spoke with her to fix the issue she was very aggressive on the phone talked over me and put words into my mouth it was a standard corporate pitch she was giving me. Jahnis was very rude I'm shocked the company would have her as their GM of two location's. You would think with that position Jahnis would at least listen but no she just yelled and talked over me.
