Okay to workout customer service is good except for one person big tall guy must have been his five minutes of the day yet I would tell everybody to go visit. This Gym
This gym is chill. Don't get me wrong there are alot of beautiful very defined people at this gym, but they are not superficial, and judgemental. Or they are good enough actors to not give off that feeling. Either way is cool with me. This is one in a few gyms that makes everyone feel comfortable rather you are a bum, a businessman, a professional body builder, or a newby to the gym. This is my 2nd favorite crunch in all of San Diego county.

Friendly staff members and nice gym. They have a fun obstacle set up too. Just very crowded in the evenings :( luckily I don't workout at that time. I love going here compared to LA Fitness or 24hr. You get the family vibe without all the meat heads

Recently upgraded and updated. Nice place. Parking lot can get full. Best to go in mornings before 1030 am or after 1 pm.

Absolutely LOVE this gym! It never gets too full and has all of the equipment I need and more. It isn't your typical gym they have everything plus some crossfit and TRX type of options which I love. Highly recommend the trainers as well, especially Berto!

Incredibly good prices, super friendly staff, clean facility, rarely ever crowded, lots of squat racks, big functional fitness area.
If I had to nitpick I would say I wish they had paper towels in the bathroom, but hey I'm all for going green with the hand dryers. Plus the pins colada scented soap is awesome.
I did trial membership at every gym in the area. This place blows them all out of the water. Especially for the low price.
Hate the way they didn't cancel my card membership when they lied and said they did 69 dollars is what they took out of my account
It has a great atmosphere and the staff are all really nice. However it would much better if they had a daycare. It makes working out a challenge in it's self just to figure out a sitter for my kids. We live in Cali we don't need a tanning bed we need a day care. Pass on the word. I'd be willing to pay more if we could get one
5am-6:30am the best time. Clean facilities staff always cheerful and ready to assist Sunday person needs to be on time!! Thanks
