Ive been trying to call to cancell ive been a member for longer then 4 years..im trying to cancel lmy membership ...everytime i call they go straight to voicemail ..where do i go to cancel ?
Went in for a free workout to test a place out. On the first visit they give you a tour and they bring you into the office and which they pretty much insisted about you signing up the same day and use high-pressure sales tactics. The workout area seems to need a remodeling. The showers were too open and could use a little bit more privacy I was thinking about switching over to them from LA Fitness but I guess I will be keeping my LA Fitness membership
I signed up for membership with this company in november. In december i got a call that my monthly payment did not go through. I went over the information over the phone-turns out their employee entered my billing zip incorrectly. No big deal i fixed it and they charged my monthly fee...as well as a late fee although it was their mistake! Additionally the company fraudulently charged me $280 for personal training services i did not order or receive. I started calling december 31st when i saw the charges. It took 4 days of calling for the phone to even be picked up and there is no way to leave a message. When i did get someone they could see it was an error but the manager had to fix it. I continued to call for 3 more weeks to no avail. No manager call back, no response to my email....eventually the assistant manager said they have authorized a refund but it could take 10-14 days. (I used to work in billing its electronic refunding does not take any days if you bother to process it. I mean thats the whole magic of computers right?!) Day 15 i called because still no refund and was told i just have to keep waiting -no time frame or reason just keep waiting patiently untill apparently forever. There has been no apology, no offer of a complementary month. Nothing. For a month and a half they have not called me once nor responded to email. Its like a job trying to get back the money they stole from me with no resolution to this date- but they certainly remembered to bill my next monthly service and the yearly fee!!!!
Crunch has the best instructor in the world, Jenna Awad is an amazing Zumba, boot camp, bar, stretching instructor!!!!! Her ability to dance all kind of music combined with her strength, energy, smile and effort in every movement make her an exceptional instructor. I love her classes. Thanks Jenna.

Small gym but for the basic equipment and machines it has, it sufficient enough to still get a good workout. Locker room is so-so.
Staff has 0 costumer service skills.. went up to the desk to downgrade my membership, the guy there didn't even got up to help me out or to ask what I needed, he was sitting down while on his phone... When I told him that I wanted to downgrade he just said to go the next day before 6 because manager wasn't there. Note: he still never moved from the chair.. most of the staff there is rude... Definitely thinking about cancelling now.

I love this gym, I just recently got a membership again and everyone there is always so nice and welcoming,everyone working out is friendly as well and you are never judged. By far one of my greatest experiences.

I go 4-5 days a week. Eddie and Karina are amazing trainers.
My mother wasn't being rude in any way and simply wanted to cancel her membership. I guess this gave the employee a reason to give her attitude. She asked a question about a confirmation that the membership was cancelled and he had the audacity to tell her to leave him alone. Some people don't know how to do their job right or maybe its because she doesn't speak fluent English and that annoyed him....
Great staff people are friendly my only complaint with Crunch Fitness is their hours of service they really don't coincide with my work schedule they're not open on holidays they close early on Saturdays and Sundays that's my only complaint.
I really prefer to workout at this location. It is clean and well managed. People respect each other. My only wish is that equipment in the personal training area be available consistently. Some times things are missing or not functioning.

The facility is very clean. The staff is friendly. There is a variety of equipment to use. Like most gyms, it can get busy during peak hours.
I have been a member since this location opened. I am very happy to have Crunch in my neighborhood. I would for this location to bring Chloe back to teach yoga!
Great price and location. I just wish they would have kept Joshua as the instructor for the Yoga classes. He was well informed had a great routine, that he varied and pushed us for results. It is not the same without him.
For $10/month this gym is fine. I love how the treadmills and all cardio equipment are placed at the far end by the lockers/restrooms. For someone like me who is shy and intimidated it's a perfect spot to do cardio. The place is always clean and a.c. is nice and cool. During peak times it's hard to get workout done due to all equipment being used but I recommend avoiding those times; 5-7. I've never had a problem with anyone here. All workers and other gym goers are friendly. I always receive a greeting and farewell when at the door by staff.
Super friendly staff. They greet you hello & good bye. Always smiling. Plenty of tvs to distract you from your pain (which is your friend). Lol. Only thing is.. I wish they were open later on weekends.
They have great service and they are really cool if you have any questions they answer and help with what you need
The employes there at the gym are nice machines are good for use. I'd recommend people coming to the gym because it is cheap and affordable.
