"Great staff, great people, and workout.
Feels a little confining but great for a fast workout.
The staff here is always super helpful and friendly. The membership is very reasonable, a nice amount of free classes are offered here, and it's is never overcrowded to the point where all of the equipment is occupied. Highly recommend at least giving this gym a try.
This gym is basic but has everything you need. Equipment, locker room, showers, fans, and classes. It is small but it works.
Didn't get the names of the front desk employees but they were absolutely splendid. I signed up within 5 minutes. Great gym for a great price.
A friendly, wonderful place. Allen was so polite and showed me the entire gym. You'll like it here.

-Small gym
-Not clean
-ONLY 1 squat rack - forget doing legs during peak hours
-No deadlifting station / area
-No powerlifting platform like many other Crunch gyms
-2 smith machines - why? Get rid of this trash equipment and get a real squat rack

I always go to Crunch Serra in the end of hour. Less crowd. More time work on free weight. Easy choice during no crowd is the best. Like go there 9 pm until close at 11 pm is perfect time to use the free weight or machine and cardio as 45 minutes to 1 hours. PLENTY Parking.....

Almost everyone on the staff team, including the trainers, show excellent customer service. I felt very welcome from day one and never felt like I was intruding when asking for certain items behind the desk. The gym includes free weights and kettle bells, several squat and Smith racks, two sets of battle ropes, ton of machines for muscle and cardio. It's a complete gym that includes more than you can ask for the price point.

Really nice organized, clean and there is not a lot of people so you can actually have time for each machine to exercise. Also there is a huge parking lot, so parking will not be a problem.
Crowded, but lots of machines and I could always find one to work on. Staff is really nice. Manager is a bit crazy as he once pestered my fiance for scanning and not being a current member, even tho she was and he read it wrong.
Upkeep is very good. Plenty of machines of all types plus tanning & hybro beds.
This gym has new, clean equipment, a great space for group classes, an impressive amount of free weights and other equipment (kettle bells, battle ropes, boxes, bosu balls, etc.) for a gym of its size. The hours are early and late enough for anyone and the staff is super friendly! It also is much cheaper than places like 24 Hour and LA Fitness. I would recommend this gym to any of my friends!
It's OK..this place NEEDS some FANS!..alot of people have already said the good things about this gym so I will let you know all of the bad things...first off they have no fans at all so there is no breeze in the whole entire gym which makes it HOT in there, they only have one cable machine, one barbell for deadlifts in the whole gym so about 90 percent of the time it is being used.

They have a great workers that really care for your health. Might need some more machines.
