Clean facility and their staffs were friendly. Good working machines and a very clean bathroom.
For the most part I enjoy working out at crunch fitness in Chino. It is frustrating when you come to the gym at 5am and it's not opened as scheduled. Ive waited until 6 and the gym still hasn't been opened. I understand life happens but hopefully this isn't a reoccurring theme.
I really like the vibe at crunch, and I really appreciate the good customer service from Elise Swanson, always plays good music so I can get my drive on my workouts!!!!!
Staffs were friendly and did accommodated me well. Clean bathroom and facility. Everything was organized and all of the machines were working.
This gym had a male personal trainer here that set me up on recurring personal training after I only wanted to sign up for 1 month. I agreed to tier 2 @$249 but he charged me $350 and then hit my card again the following month. The manager Angel does nothing to resolve this matter and says I need to complete the cancellation form which I already did twice, most recently this past Friday and denies to issue a refund. Definitely regret joining this gym.

It is small but I enjoy how clean the staff keeps the gym.
Good clean gym with up to date equipment. Enough weight training equipment for even the advanced lifters. It even has heavy punching bags. And it's a lot cheaper than other big name chain gyms. Unless you prefer to workout after 11 pm, I would choose this gym over 24 hour fitness.
Good gym. Like most crunch gyms. Not much natural light. Clean. Good place to workout. Didn't give it 5 stars, because of the sketchy people passing through the parking lot most days.

I've been coming to this gym for a little over 3 years now. While I was able to overlook a few leaky ceilings, broken machines and an overall small area to work out in, the place has certainly changed in the last few months. The regulars have all gone on to other gyms, our favorite club manager is no longer there, but instead replaced by someone who is a "by the book" manager, completely taking away from that "home away from home" feel. Staff from years prior really worked hard to make you feel welcomed and not like just some "gym member" New staff makes you feel like a number. Seems like the only thing that matters now are member fees and taking your personal items to borrow equipment. We are seriously considering becoming "regulars" at the new Corona location.

Be aware of one those trainers, his names is Brandon, he doesn't respect Woman, this brainless guy think hes so cute to be messing arround with femenine crunch customers, this is disrespecfull and unprofessionally for a trainer! And the new manager venezia is not taking her job seriously, many good employes are quittinn about her unprofessionally attitude! Customer we are not happy on her!
Go somewhere else where owners think serios on keep customers happy!

Be very careful!! I was told there was no contract and i just tried to cancel because the $24 per month I signed up for all of a sudden doubled to $49 and the explanation was it was maintenance fees! REALLY??? and I was told I am stuck until March of 2019. What happened to the no contract??

Don't waist your time go to a real gym, I cancel within 2 month they start messing with your payments and annual fee.
Empty during the weeks good staff and good machines.
I'm pleased with the warm welcome and farewell. I have not arrived and had to wait for the treadmill!! Thank you very much for the friendly faces!!
Mara is amazing and kicks my butt every time I train with her. Met the manager Ana such a sweetheart and I enjoy going to her gym.

I like that you can either have the gym to yourself if you go on the weekends, we used to have a terrible manager but now we have much friendlier one that's changed the gym very positively. So far ive been here for 3-4 years coming from a 24hr fitness. Also its cheap as hell you cant beat 10 dollars a month. It's a good gym small, but it's good.
Good gym for the price. Very stingy about closing time they want you out before their closing time. Cleaning is done during open hours which can be in your way sometimes. Not so many different type of classes during the whole day, they only have a few mostly in the morning.
