So when I seen that my son wasn't learning from coach Lopez I removed my son out of the academy program to be coached by anyone besides coach Lopez.... more
This place is a scam. All those 5 star reviews seem suspicious. Coaches aren't accommodating. They say classes are for beginners and experienced people, but they're not. If you're not in shape, you need conditioning.... more

Downtown Yoga Shala truly is a Sanctuary in San Jose! The teachers are great and the space is cozy - it's the perfect place to explore your yoga practice!. I attended this studio for 5 months with an unlimited membership and generally enjoyed the classes.... more

Tried to go the the 6:15 pm yoga class TWO times, and both times could not find a single parking space after circling around for 20+ minutes. The parking at this location is horrendous at peak times, and deserves to be mentioned because it really negatively impacted my experience of CorePower.... more
