Downtown Yoga Shala truly is a Sanctuary in San Jose! The teachers are great and the space is cozy - it's the perfect place to explore your yoga practice!. I attended this studio for 5 months with an unlimited membership and generally enjoyed the classes.... more
Off-duty teacher told me to go back into the hot room when I was feeling dizzy/nauseous due to overheating. Studio was fine other than the dangerous advice from an ignorant Yogi who feels he knows more about my body than I do.... more
Tried to go the the 6:15 pm yoga class TWO times, and both times could not find a single parking space after circling around for 20+ minutes. The parking at this location is horrendous at peak times, and deserves to be mentioned because it really negatively impacted my experience of CorePower.... more

Love the energy here, my 1st time on Saturday!. I changed my schedule specifically to take the 6 o'clock class and when I arrived I was notified the class was cancelled. There was no update on the web site so be for warned that you may be left in the dark regarding schedule changes I won t go back.... more
