Got back into hot/Bikram yoga after doing it off and on for 12 years or so. Abhi is the real deal and actually practices what he preaches. So friendly, caring and dedicated to bringing this form of yoga to the people. The bay area would be a very different place without him. He owns branham & santa Clara locations so they are both good but this is my favorite. Really cool group of people at this studio and nothing but encouragement.

I just rejoined after being away for 1 year. They have added some new classes and Ive tried them this past week - each are an amazing experience in their own way! I love this place, its great for the mind, body and soul! the classes are not too crowded, the instructors are very aware of who is in the class, and welcoming to new and returning students. they cater to all levels, encouraging everyone to push themselves at their own pace.

Great place. It seems expensive at first but the experience/health-benefits is worth every penny.
Do you know what it feels like to feel brand new? If not, take a class here. Be revived, be renewed and stretch your spine- you might grow a couple inches... You never know :)

Great instructors and good prices
Prior to my arrival at Bikram Yoga Branham Meridian I had attended about seventy classes both consistently and inconsistently at these locations; Fort Collins, CO, Phoenix, AZ and Santa Cruz, CA. Just as myself, each studio possessed it's positive and negatives, and I will point out that my attendance, as mentioned above, makes me a novice within this community. However, I have attended BYBM for about a month, around twenty classes, and have much appreciation and respect for Abhinav Sagar, the staff and the entire studio. It is very clean, well taught (great teachers), sufficient and an all around wonderful studio. I rate it as my best experience and will continue my practice here. Many thanks!!
Nice studio for sure, They do have a great $50 first month, and very reasonable monthly membership including one OR two studios!!! I just wish the guy answers the phone had a thicker accent. That way I wouldn't able to understand a single word and I could just know to not even try to call.
