I have not come to your establishment, but I planned on it since it is one of the few that is in close proximity to my home. However, after reading the reviews and seeing the manager (or whomever is tasked with responding to said reviews) behave so unprofessionally and in such a tacky manner, I have definitely chosen to find another choice - even if it means driving to another city - and I will be advising friends who have expressed a similar interest, to do the same. Shame on you!
I did a drop in as I'm a member of a studio in Nebraska. The class was awesome and everyone was very welcoming and accommodating. I will definately be back when Im.in town for work and look forward to them getting more instructors to have more early morning times available! Loved it!
I really enjoy this studio. The front desk staff are very friendly, the instructors are high caliber, the other members are non-judgmental and the workouts leave me feeling mentally and physically stronger and more flexible. I've done pilates off and on for the last 10 years in SV and Club Pilates North San Jose is by far my favorite. Thank you!
Instructor was great and the front desk staff was nice. The facility itself was not as tidy as other Club Pilates I have been to. Since you spend a lot of time on your back on the reformer it is not relaxing to stare at a nasty water stained ceiling. Also, the straps on the reformers are frayed and out of a alignment. In general, the class was awesome, but the place could use a.little spruce up!

Unlike other pilates studios in the area you are required to wear non skid socks for the class. If you happen to forget the socks, you are not allowed to take the class. You are expected to buy a $20 pair of socks while the warm up for the class is starting.
The instructors are highly skilled and very engaging. They make personal corrections as needed so the students are doing the exercises safely and efficiently. Good variety of class styles and times. They start and end on time. Studio is clean and in great condition. Love coming here!
