This place is clean, the offer towels, courteous staff and they have the best personal trainers!
I give 5 star to all City Sorts Club because they're good.
Great gym all around. Staffs were nice and professional. Organized and all of the machines were working well.
Good Service. Met with two managers on a new membership and they were great. Facility is clean and welcoming. Great place to get your sweat on.
The best part..they have racquet ball, swimming pool (3lanes), and, a fully functional gym. But, why you guys don't offer services 24*7!!!
Pretty good gym. Busy at normal times. After 5 is busy. Lately no one has been putting their weights back so if you need to use the machine ......
Cleanly inside , swimming pool is nice and basketball court is awesome.

Very bad experience with them. First time u have to pay the first and last month, which means when you want to cancel it, you have to pay an extra month. They charge initial fee, annual fee. Seems like they are doing one-time business, not expecting comeback customers.

I have joined this Gym. So far I think its a good gym. the price is really good. Swimming pool and hot tub. worth the money. I hope soon they can update the weekend hours and give us more hours. some people work late and want to work out on the weekends. Hope this change happens soon. did not effect my rating because I am sure it is being looked into already. Good gym to join.

I love city sports! They offer workout classes, a pool, hot tub, jacuzzi, basketball, treadmill, weights, and lots more! Total work the 35$ month price to go to all locations here in San jose
If this is your last option then join if not steer clear. drove 30 mins away to check out their gym and when I walked in to activate my guest pass, isiah decides not to activate it because it was an inconvenience for him. Safe to say I wouldn't be be joining.
Please dont even carry your cell phone to this gym. No camera surveillance. No security to your valuables. My iphone and bag was stolen. Separate incidents. Laptop bag wad stolen which was locked in the changing room lockers. The crowd here is not elite. Otherwise the gym is good.
They lock the doors 30 minutes before closing hrs. Staff and people do not put away their weights.
Good selection of weights, machines, equipment and facilities.

I paid 200 dollars to sign up for this club. The sales man are persistent. Reggie was pretty and very nice. You get a complementary 30 minutes with their training. When I arrived to see the trainer I sign up with. Not only did they not have me on the schedule. I was informed I had another trainer. When I arrived I asked to see that trainer which they assigned me to not the one I picked. Not only did he ignored me to talk to someone else, but the trainer I had did not give me the time or the day. He told me they made a mistake and I had to see a 3rd trainer, well by this time I was mad of course. I paid $200 and some change. I work a lot so taking time off is very hard for me. Joe who was my original person I sign up with was now handing over to the 3rd person. This is ridiculous. Their customer services on the trainers suck really bad. They don't seem care. All they care about is signing you up and taking your money. Tomorrow I will see if I can get my money back. If it wasn't for Reggie their sales guy I would left that same night. If you sign up please read all their rules.
I am mainly giving review on their swimming pool.its pretty clean but as only 3 lanes are there, and after 5 pm, one lane is mostly occupied by private teachers, there's only two narrow lanes are left.in two lanes mostly 8 ppl are sharing.which is too much..monthly rate is reasonable, 30$/ month.
This is a very good gym and has a lot of the amenities that you need when you got to the gym. Machines are well maintained and there is enough equipment to fulfill your workout needs. The monthly fee for this club is competitive with other clubs so I found no issues here. The only reason I have this club a 4 instead of a 5 is because they close at 8pm on Saturdays and Sundays. I sometimes like to go for a late workout on the weekends but that is not possible here. Other than this one issue, it is a great club and I have been very happy with it for the most part.
Ok gym that offers a lot of options and for cheep compared to area gyms. But its very busy during normal hours and doesn't provide towels so its pretty dirty. The small pool is often being used for swim lessons. Personal training is offered but requires a 1 year commitment and they have a hard time keeping trainers so it can be difficult to get sessions at times that work for you.
The trainer Kenny was really kind and outgoing and made me feel comfortable with modified movements when I couldn't do some of the more "advanced ones.
The 5 day guest pass is not really for 5 days, they let you use it just for 2 days. If you have to use it on the 3 rd day, they say pay $15. Without letting you try for the entire 5 days, they want you to sign up. The staff there aren't very friendly. The lady during at the front desk is always on her phone.
But the facility is decent to work out.
