I joined this gym about a week ago and I love it! The fact it is open 24 hours is a plus since I'm usually off work late, and the price is great. I have the Black Card Membership for about $22 and I can bring a guest whenever, and get access to some great stuff, like the massage chairs. It's clean and all the equipment is always functional.

Corporate really needs to look at this location in comparison to the others in this market. Very disappointing in the cleanliness, the whole place is outdated compared to the one on aborn & white, the tanning bed had over 15 bulbs out?! I'd understand if it's even up to 3 but you can obviously see such disregard to keeping up standards in this building. Management needs to start speaking up if they need a upgrade. I won't be back even though it's more convenient location after work.

Young man who signed me up and guy working with him seemed to do alot better at their job then the young girl that seemed out out ahead even had to help me. I've was a member of PF for years and just signed back up but I must say the cleanliness of the place is not as good as others I've been to. I told the gentleman last visit after tanning you had bed #1 that had 18 bulbs blown....week later guess what, still blown also I cleaned the bed before and after so apparently it iant checked periodically for that. Almost worth driving further to other location because of this. Hope it can be corrected and that young lady's attitude gets better.

There are many pros and cons to this gym. It all depends how you look at it and what gym you can from. Planet Fitness does have an affordable membership and their enrollment fee still comes out cheaper than most gym memberships. This PF is new (a year old, I think?), staff is friendly, equipment and locker rooms are new and well maintained. You can feel the judgment free zone, which is nice for people who are tying to get into the physical aspect. I love that it's 24 hours. Makes it flexible and helps accommodate around your busy schedule. A few things I find odd is there's free bagels with coffee every first Tuesday of the month, I believe? and some other first day of the month, they give out free pizza. They also have giant fish bowls filled with Tootsie rolls.... I get it: judgment free zone, no meat heads allowed, and no scales are provided, but giving out free food for people who are trying to make a physical change doesn't really help them in that way. But here I am, paying $10 a month and using their equipment. Also, PF needs more weight machines.Not a bad gym, just a bit odd.

Planet fitness has almost every equipment to tone ur body .well maintained equipment n u have tv to watch n music to listen .

My goodness best ivestment I've made lately. Facility is well equipped, staff is personable, knowledgeable and helpful. This is THE spot for a workout and luxury with so many perks. Dude theyy have free tootsie rolls and tanning booths. Hello, what are you waiting for?

I cannot recommend them for the serious Fitness person, any serious training activities, outfits, or noises are considered judgment worthy and they will sound the alarm and make fun of you. So when it says judgement free zone but it means is we don't want anyone in here we are not at your level and I also cannot recommend them for their business tactics unless you enjoy finding out that they are all individually operated/owned & switching to a different location means the second location will continue taking funds out of your checking account even after you have cancelled no responsibility. They tell you you must go back to that location which could be a 3 hr drive. They also refused to have a customer service that you can call and claim that any disputes or payment issues should be dealt with at the location. But at the location you are talked down to and made to be the laughing stock of the room. That sort of power should not be given to a person making 7.25 an hour. The rep at the counter cancelled my account after one payment of $20 was not able to be debited from my account . when I explain to them I needed to add a different card but that I didn't have it with me the young guy chided me and said that I needed to do it right now. I later discovered he cancelled my account. Yet one month later they started taking payments again.

Parking lots are so dirty and full of RVs. Smells urine everywhere. Inside is really full around 5-6pm. They don't have rowing machine which I like. I signed up for here until new better gym opens. I don't suggest you to use lockers. I heard it is not safe.

Yesterday my locker got broken into. My wallet with cash, ID, credit cards, etc. was stolen. Of course, I filled police report, but I cannot believe that something like that could happen. When I asked Planet Fitness staff if there were more break-ins into the lockers, they responded that it happened a few times. Shouldn't Planet Fitness staff do something about it!!! Shouldn't they warn people that they're thieves at the gym? Maybe people would be more careful and do not leave any valuables inside the lockers. The Planet Fitness staff were not helpful at all.

Good attitude there, but not the biggest selection of practical workout gear: more tailored to those who use machines rather than freeweights or benches, but there's a bit to work with. Kept up pretty well, and people are cool. The price, location, and hours make it a good spot.

A Donald Trump speech was broadcast on 4 of the overhead monitors tonight: there wasn't one cardio area where i could be free of Trumpian propaganda via Fox News. I requested that one or two of the monitors be changed so i could workout without being confronted by the divisive and hateful politics of one of the most infamous people in the world. They refused. I've lost my support for this place and may end my membership.

In town visiting and came in just to use the Total Body Enhancement. Neither employee knows how to use the machine .So I am on my own here and it is dirty. Lots of hair in it.

Decent gym for the Bay, but is let down by poor maintenance. Staff rarely leave the front desk to clean the locker rooms, refill cleaning solution, or restock paper towels. I've been to multiple PF locations across a number of states, and this one is by far the worst.

Gym on the smaller side, also with little natural light (basically it's one room, narrow and long). Not sure, but it feels like there is no A\C, only ceiling fans. Also it gets very crowded after 4.30pm. Overall good enough gym, with working cardio & weight machines, clean bathrooms.

Small gym. Actually had a man doing his floor exercises right under the hip adduction machine I was on. Not alot of space to do floor work. But it was well kept and staff was friendly.

Price is a relatively modest $13 or so per month. In return, you get what you pay for. Probably 1/16th the sq footage of something like city sports.
This is not a place for any kind of free weight work out.
Not a single barbell in sight. Dumbbells go to 60 lbs max. Limited number of curl bars. The focus is strictly on casual fitness. 2 multi stations with about 4 spots for pull downs and rows. 3 smith machines. 1 leg press.
A total of 4 showers for men. Locker room stinks big time. Rather dark paint provides an unnecessarily gloomy workout.

Truly a no judgement zone. The employees are friendly and happy to help with a smile if you ever need anything. They advertise as "$10 a month," but there is also a hidden annual fee. However, it is well worth it, especially if you go often.

Great staff, adequate equipment, doesn't perpetuate muscle head mentality. They have classes to keep you on track and have plenty of machines to choose from. Very welcoming and friendly gym.

For the business: Today my wife and I stopped by and Aylin signed us up. Her customer service was amazing, she was very thorough and really made us feel welcome.
For the rest of you: Very clean, welcoming enviroment. We had specifically chosen Planet Fitness because we remember the time a woman tried to raise a ruckus about a trans-woman being in the facilities and how planet fitness handles the scenario. I have really bad anxiety and knowing that management has to have your back or their job is on the line really helps. Also, the kind of person who won't do the right thing in such a situation probably won't work at a place which has the level of focus on inclusivity and non judgement as planet fitness.
WHICH BRINGS ME TO MY NEXT POINT (end trans-centric rant): in the past I have left gyms because working out while a roid ripping body builder is slamming weights and shouting "Work!" at people around them like it is going to help, is pretty off putting to someone who is just trying to get in, do their thing and be left alone. Planet Fitness makes it VERY CLEAR that you are to respect the equipment and the space of others. If you somehow get through signup without getting that message, there is enough signage around the building spelling it out.
They have lots of cardio equipment and all of the essential weight stations. Another really nice perk that I have never seen before is that they provide a schedule which highlights the busiest hours, how about that my friends with anxiety?
Want an inclusive, welcoming and positive environment to get in shape, maintain your physique or do whatever you do? Planet Fitness is the place.
