They have month of granularity, regardless if you want to put membership on hold or cancel. And is VERY cryptic how they communicate. I cancelled on Feb/14 and I was told depending upon payment date, upto 30 days will be charged.... more
Love the energy here, my 1st time on Saturday!. I changed my schedule specifically to take the 6 o'clock class and when I arrived I was notified the class was cancelled. There was no update on the web site so be for warned that you may be left in the dark regarding schedule changes I won t go back.... more

Awesome gym. Good setting and lots of variety of walls for toprope + bouldering, including cracks. Crazy packed in the evening but you can still always find something to do. Only downside is the brown walls look kind of ugly nowadays but not much you can do there.... more
I had a billing/payment issue, the manager LLOYD and Brian at the Milpitas location help me to resolve all the issues nicely, they deserve 5 stars, good people and nice place.. The location was convenient for me as it was near my location.... more
Come in the morning and there is plenty of racks and barbell space open. Staff is awesome and regulars friendly.. Best gym in town hands down. There si a ton of squat / dead lift racks and the way they are set up one can easily do squat and another deads so people often share.... more
Great place. Every day I go I'm able to workout with plenty of privacy. Plenty of parking nice staff and protein for sale if you need.. Great gym way better than 24 hour fitness and fit republic put together I would highly recommend this gym I get a better workout here sure it gets a bit busy but other than that a great gym overall.... more
I'm going here once in 1-2 months . It has small bouldering area but it feels nice there. Setting is pretty good with good variety of routes for all levels. Though generally there are only 1-2 V9-10 and nothing harder .... more
This business is going through change in management and is refusing to refund paying customers despite the fact that there have been no classes for the past 2+ months. The old owner and new owner are playing this circular game of bad communication all while pretending to send refunds by "end of month" back in July.... more
I have not come to your establishment, but I planned on it since it is one of the few that is in close proximity to my home. However, after reading the reviews and seeing the manager behave so unprofessionally and in such a tacky manner, I have definitely chosen to find another choice - even if it means driving to another city - and I will be advising friends who have expressed a similar interest, to do the same.... more
