Very convenient being open 24/7. But recent equipment upgrade got rid of the classic shoulder press machine...this is disappointing.

This is such a great neighborhood gym. I had memberhips to other gyms before but always quit after a few months. This is the first gym I have been going to consistently. I love this gym for several reasons: super convenient, open 24/7, easy parking, close to both work and home, lots of various cardio machines and great knowledgable and friendly stafff. Also, I like that there are such a variety of clientele of every age and fitness level. This is a very easy and comfortable gym for all.

Thank you Joseph and Rod for the great experience during the brief time I was down here. It's a beautiful space and the machines are clean and well kept. Good fitness gym if you're in the area.

A small but very nice gym near Valley Fair mall -- never crowded and always easy to park nearby. Staff members are friendly and helpful.

Nice and small gym. Not too many opinions of equipment. They do have personal trainers. However, the owner attitude is not professional and rude. Won't recommand.

I went to snap fitness for three months, summer 2017, while I was doing an internship in bay area. The reason I chose this place was because of all the good reviews it received, however no one ever mentioned how horrible and unprofessional they handle situations which they are responsible for! When I joined the snap fitness for summer they asked me for how many months do I want to stay and I mentioned only 3 months and after that I won't stay in California. Although I told them about this and I returned my key when I was leaving at the end of August, they didn't cancel my membership (they forgot to give me the cancellation form!) and I was being charged monthly for about $50 till now (for nine months). When I discussed them what is happening they response was that since they can't find the key and there is no cancellation form they can not refund me for these 9 months which indeed I've never entered any snap center! They are amazingly unprofessional and they can't even take this responsibility that their fault was not to give me the form to sign when I am leaving!

I am from out of town and went for to go exercise here for a day pass. I checked there hours of operation, and waited until it was supposed to be staffed. There is a bell I rang for 10 minutes, eventually called. The man who picked up told me no one was in the gym till tomorrow although the door and website state otherwise. One wasted Uber trip.

I really like the facility. It is clean, organized, and simple to navigate. The only mark against it is that it is missing a couple of items I personally need for my training sessions. N=1 does not mean that is a bad thing or necessary for the other gym users' needs. The owner and the lead trainer I met have been really friendly, professional, and kind. If I leave, it will be solely a financial decision based on my current circumstances. Other than that, I'd be very happy staying with Snap Fitness in Santa Clara.

As my skill sets evolved, so did their training regimen to keep me challenged. All of that, and even find ways to keep the flow light and fun.

An excellent neighborhood gym. Franchise owner is attentive and friendly. The one on one training sessions were worth the money to get orientated and comfortable with exercises and pushing past mental limits to achieve results. I have since moved, but this gym will always have a special place for me as a launching point for my lifelong fitness goals.

This is a great gym. Specifically, the trainers, Jacob and Kanu, are fantastic. Everyone is very friendly, encouraging, and welcoming.

I have struggled with migraines and looked for a good acupuncture to help but a friend told me to try working out and this place gave me the work out I needed to release all my anger. I recommend! They really care you fitness goal
