I love the place. All teachers are good and take care of all students. My daughter loves to go there..
Amazing place, I am very happy with the progress my daughter is making, thanks to Milpitas Star Aquatic. No complaints.
this has been a great experience so far, but i gave 4 stars since i feel there is a scope of improvement. Based on kid's other activities we might have to change the timings of swim classes then there will be a change in teacher if that is the case new teacher in new class will have no idea on how long the kid is in that level. It would be good if the center passes on the student's practice history to next teacher that might help.
It's a great swimming and fitness center. Standard swimming lap pool and family pool with various kinds of training classes. my oldest son is taking classes here. He makes progress very quickly and now enjoys the competitive level courses on weekly basis. The summer camp here is also really impressive and a nice choice for the kids.
Disappointed. Very restrictive pool time for members. Swim school takes over the pool.
The only Pro I can think of for this specific gym is that they have friendly customer service. Other than that, compared to every other gym I've been to, this is the worst. Inconvenient hours so I can't work before or after work on certain days, the pool os barely ever open, less than 24 parking spots because everything is either reserved for other stores in the plaza or handicap, and it's one of the smallest gyms have ever seen in my life. This gym is also the most expensive gym I've ever been to which makes all those cons hurt even more.

My daughter is going here for more than 3yrs now, we liked everything and coaches are good..I gave 4 star because I not that statisfied with shower and dressing room

Lesa than Average gym. Ok pool. Gym needs a lot of help. For example there are a grand total of 2 yoga mats. When I asked why not more they said they are in the process of being ordered. In the Amazon age how long does it take to get a few yoga mats.

Decent gym with all the basic functions. Honestly there are days when its crowded, thats when every machine is taken and it hella sucks. Pool water is milky and chemically imbalanced. Wayyy too much chlorine. The water literally looks white kinda like milk.
