Again... My second time at this facility and compared to the one on Saratoga, this place is filthy... Overflowing trash cans, half the spray bottles empty and the employees standing behind the counter on their phones.... Really hope Saratoga fets their tanning booths fixed soon!

I travel alot been to a few planet fitness. The staff there i was not impressed at all. The gym overall was fine

A relaxed atmosphere with plenty of machines and exercise areas. My only critique is there isn't a designated place for stretching and/or yoga so if one wants or need to stretch, they have to lay a mat down pretty much any where they can find a spot. Having a designated room for this kind of thing would be really nice.

Its the better gym to go to. Clean and well maintained equipment. Rarely is it ever too packed. Do consider the black membership as it has really cool perks.

The gym is perfect for someone who wants to work on cardio. Cheap monthly fee and love how your able to "bring a friend"

Friendly staff and guests make our workouts here a pleasure. Roomy and chill with more than enough equipment for cardio and resistance training. Come join the fun.

Ashley Fetsch soo easy to sign up to be a blackcard membership here. She gave us a tour and showed my girlfriend and I complete access to this gym. Very clean gym and brand new equipment here.
No Judgement here.
Great customer service and they have awesome integrity here.

A nice clean gym, however depending on the time of day you go it could be that there are very few machines that are free to use, without someone hovering nearby. Definitely a welcoming environment by staff

This is the type of Planet Fitness that gives the bad ones a GREAT name. Lots of options and very clean equipment and locker rooms. $20/month, at most. Plus the staff is never rude, inconsiderate or condescending. More than one could ask for in respect to the costs.

The busiest planet fitness at 1am I have seen so far... Kinda lame. And the Wi-Fi won't work, even though there are 3 different ones. Small changing rooms too. There are several other planet finesses in the area so I would recommend a different one.

I really enjoyed this Gym up until 1/2/2018. During the time of 7:45 am to 9:10 am, someone stole my wallet and bought $6,489 worth of gift cards at the nearby Safeway on Almaden and highway 85. I contacted the front desk when I discovered the incident, and the girl was of no help. I was hoping at least an apology "theft goes against our values, I am so sorry for your loss, we'll take a note, and see if we have a trend to reduce instances of theft, etc. etc.". I filed a police report as well, have received no response. I have also noticed some people who go in to take a shower, but do not appear to have worked out there earlier. I would highly suggest that management run a quick audit of the cameras, and the sign ins. I will be canceling my membership ASAP.

This is national chain of fitness centers either corporate or franchisee owned & operated for "regular people"! This location is newly built & only 2 years old. Open 24/7/36*days? & closed only major holidays. Has two low monthly/yearly memberships only payable by auto debit ATM or checking. Has very large typical motorized & non-motorized exercise area. Barbells & weights area. No swimming pool, jacuzzi/hot tub or saunas. Separate locker areas with limited shower and restroom facilities. Has UV tanning beds, massage chairs, Hydrojet massage beds and more for "Black Card Members" only!

I LOVE how clean it is! Everyone that finish using a machine they wipe it down! It's cheap! The staff are not rude, mean or anything but they just never smile kind of like robots. I sign up online and when I went for the first time they didn't show me around. I had to find everything on my own. What I really hate for me personally is that is too far I live in east San Jose. Even though it's far 100 times better than 24 hour fitness that's five minutes away from me! It's a really nice gym though!

I like this gym because its not packed and I can workout as long as I want, but yesterday I didn't like how one of the trainers was rude to me and made me get of the machine even though I wasn't finished. He was going to train someone but I don't see why they couldn't use something else while I was on that on. I don't think that was right. I'm paying so I can use whatever and how long I want right. This happens yesterday Thursday 27

I personally really like this gym, except they don't offer any classes! You can however sign up for classes there, they even have an area to wait for the class to start! I waited for 30 mins before they told me they don't even do classes! However, one employee did take the time to actually train me one on one and even offered to to stay with me and coach me the whole time. They're friendly and approachable and they really know what their stuff.

It's clean, it's quite, and it's affordable. Signed up online went in got my black card and tee... no tour tho had to explore for myself, no biggie tho they seemed chill not really lug heads just a bunch of average joes (like me). I do like that people clean after themselves after using the machines, and the set up is so great 12 min abs, or for those in a hurry 30 min work out. So overall my review is mostly based on cleanliness, machine availability, and atmosphere.
