The coaches are awesome! They teach kids to have goals, strategy & technique in competition. They coach before & after competition! So great!. We are loving Gracie Barra ! I love how the treadmills and all cardio equipment are placed at the far end by the lockers/restrooms. For someone like me who is shy and intimidated it's a perfect spot to do cardio.... more
