This gym in always nice and clean. The staff at the front desk are always happy to help. They made me feel welcome.
I just love love this place I'm there 5 days a week an hour to an hour and a half each day

LA Fitness is a great place to work out with a lot of equipment. Depending on the time and day, it can be crowded however, there is plenty of stuff to use so you should never have to wait to exercise a certain muscle. Also, the LA Fitness on Arlington is a high traffic gym so it is even more spread out with everything a gym should have including a sauna, pool, racquet ball courts, and punching bags. The only thing missing is a basketball court, which other locations have such as Mission Grove or San Bernardino. Although San Bernardino does not have a sauna.

The Aqua classes are great but The club needs better maintenance workers. They have installed a few days new hooks in the bathrooms but they are already falling apart.
Yesterday I signed up for a membership with a different location but was extremely weary about getting an LA Fitness membership because I had read many horrible reviews about multiple locations, but since I needed a gym that existed in the two locations I will live between, I just decided to sign up and give it a try. I feel happy that I did because last night was my first time at LA Fitness and I came to this location and was really satisfied. That staff was so friendly and warm, and also informed me on things about the gym since I am a first timer, and I felt happy to have signed up. There was plenty of equipment, the staff was walking around cleaning stuff up, racking weights, and keeping the facility in great condition, as well as the cleanliness of the locker rooms. Everything was of great quality from the staff to the gym itself. :) Give the gym a shot and experience it yourself because I almost got scared out of even trying it because of all the reviews online.

down for almost 2 weeks and all they did was remodeled the floors they could have done a deep cleaning a little bit more repairs in some areas

LA Fitness makes it as difficult as possible to cancel a membership. I am sitting in the lobby waiting because the person working the front desk told me that I need to go to another location in order to cancel but then changed her mind and said she could take care of it by calling them. I have been a member of many different gyms and I have never had a problem cancelling a membership. The people at the front desk aren't terrible but the LA fitness policies are. I wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone. Tiny basketball court, strange layout of equipment, and bad management. I wish I would have heard about La fitness's bad reputation before I signed up.
This 24 hour Fitness is in a great location, and has great machines.
Kinda dirty, kinda expensive. Not much options.
This gym is SO gross and the trainers are MAJOR perverts! And the manager is NO help either. DONT GO HERE, WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD!

I love this gym...the staff is great, its always clean. When ever i have notified staff of concern, its always taken care of in a timely manner. The trainers are pleasant and approachable. Complainers and haters can leave...it will leave room for those who appreciate the convience of this gym.
This is a nice clean gym. But when it comes to repairing the equipment, you have to call the main office. And almost beg them to fix a machine. The ab machine has been down for 2 months, and it's still not fixed? They want you to pay them on time? But they don't repair the equipment on time. This is the only gym of la fitness, that doesn't stay on top when it comes to the machines, being repaired right away. I
