Amazing gym, the staff is super friendly and the facility is always in great shape. There is plenty of equipment for how many people there are. The classes and instructors are also great if that is something you like. I really love how they have a sauna and steam room.

Best gym around. Never have to wait for machines or weights like at 24 hour fitness or la fitness. No douchebags. Everything is super clean, and has that unique feeling like its one of a kind. Staff is awesome too.

Check it out

honestly, i love this place when i first started here. I love the work out and the working stuff, but i think the management departemnt should take more attention to your machines and basketball court, i mean you guys can get better at this. i know it is hard for small business gym to compete with 24 hour or la fitness, but you guys should at least make the basketball floor and some of the machine better. i have lot of expectation for this place since your price is almost equivalent to 24 hour fitness.

This is a very over priced for what you get. In fact, the weight rooms are small and the showers/facilities are poor. The thing that frustrated me a lot is upon canceling the force me to pay another month as they have a 30 day cancellation policy which is bogus. That is just theft as I am not going to be using gym I should not be forced to pay another 50 bucks. I would not recommend this gym to anyone.

A serious problem that management is undoubtedly aware of is the fact that "personal trainers" (so-called) take substantial amounts of money from customers up-front, then fail to follow through on the sessions that have been purchased. Lame excuses to skip appointments are offered and/or the trainers simply do not show up for the sessions, as previously scheduled. That this occurs is beyond dispute, and to my certain knowledge has happened to any number of individuals who have paid up-front, and therefore expected to receive services in-kind. Whether or not the "trainers" are technically CCAC employees is irrelevant. These acts can be considered nothing less than outright theft which is occurring under the auspices and agency of CCAC. As such, CCAC can be considered a party to the theft.

If management is smart, they will reimburse the victims for the outright fraud they've sustained, then permanently banish the culpable "trainers" from the gym. Whether management will choose to do the right thing remains to be seen. However, failing to address the problem amounts to outright complicity in the fraud. Obviously, this is not a sound business practice.

What are you going to do about it, CCAC?

Facility is relatively clean, and people are (more or less) friendly. However, any suggestions to improve or upgrade anything in the facility are invariably ignored. Don't expect management to ever act on a suggestion, no matter how timely or useful it might be; they never do. More specifically, suggestions go in one ear, and right out the other, feigned interest to the contrary notwithstanding.

The facility needs to offer free wireless, particularly given the cost of membership. (As an aside, virtually everyone in the gym is wearing a headset. Hence, it's not necessary for (alleged) "music" (read: noise) to be pumped throughout the facility. It's distracting and annoying.) Further, the basketball court needs to be refurbished and upgraded, including the addition of hanging punching bags, which are available in virtually every gym, everywhere.

Conclusion: While the facility is okay, it's certainly nothing spectacular. Further, it's clear that management chooses not to make expenditures to upgrade or improve anything around the facility unless they are absolutely forced into doing so. Either they don't have the spare cash lying around (doubtful), they're too cheap (likely), or they just don't care (even more likely). Whatever the case, it's unacceptable.

I left the gym after 20 years of membership, because my bill went up year after year, to reach the grand old sum of $528 for a 13 month-membership: totally overpriced, despite the fact that they grandly offered me a $3/month discount for having been with them so long. Their excuse? the cost of new equipment, and the minimum wage increase means that they have to charge us more... Folks, this wage increase is going to take years to implement....
So I decided to join a very cheap gym instead, they charge $130/13 months, and now I can see what I've gained and what I'll be missing!
What I disliked about CCAC: Their total lack of transparency regarding fees, it's nowhere on their Website... Also, it was filthy, honestly! The shower cubicles are a disgrace, hair, grime on the walls, broken soap/shampoo dispensers, nasty-looking rugs. They know about it, as I've complained a few times, including showing them the color of my white towel once I'd placed it on the rug so I wouldn't stand on it with my bare feet! Their equipment is aging and their machines too close to one another for comfort. In my $10/month new gym, they've got super clean showers and tiles, and many more machines.
What I am going to miss from CCAC: as a woman in her early 50s, I was within my comfort zone there, although parking may be tricky, the staff is very friendly and kind, although I never saw anyone doing any cleaning, which is disturbing. I'm going to miss the small spa and jacuzzi too, and they provided towels, soap, shampoo and lotion, as well as hair dryers, but are they worth that much extra money? I don't think so! I used to love CCAC under the old management, but ever since the management changed 4-5 years ago, the place has gone downhill. Had they offered me a better deal for being a faithful customer, I'd have stayed. A shame.

Podunk gym. Never have quality gym equipment. Go to a real gym and see what they have. Then get that. Smfh

Need to update the basketball gym. It's in horrible shape. Also would like to have WiFi. Other than that the gym is clean and staff is very friendly.
