Been coming here for 4 years and have no complaints! Awesome coaches Awesome environment!!! All the staff are very friendly and willing to work with you to meet your goals! Whether u want to get fit or compete they are willing to guide you in the right direction! I would definitely recommend KOCF for anyone on all fitness levels! Keep up the SPECTACULAR work KOCF!!!
KO Crossfit has been my second home for nearly a year and I'm glad I didn't go anywhere else. They tailor the work out to fit the athletes skill level. All the coaches are very knowledgeable and friendly. They recently started serving Cold Brew Coffee and happened to be attached to Ninety One Nutrition so you can get your workout on and then get some protein to replenish those gains. So if your questioning Crossfit as a workout choice come try KO Crossfit it's pretty awesometastic and say hi to me I'll be the dork in the corner.

Awesome Crossfit Gym! The Staff are supportive, and set a great example. Very welcoming atmosphere and large gym with top of the line equipment. I've been coming for a couple years when i'm here on vacation, and see the same instructors and members...which is always a good sign!
