I've always been athletic, toned, tonight tho, i feel my age, out if shape with Jell-O muscles, yet my mind set has felt this amazing in years, my instructor was incredible, my anxiety and panic not controlling me. I hate the fact I will not have the ability to come back as I can not afford it. But major thank you to you all whom helped and did more for me then you will ever know. I would of loved to train here. you changed my life
DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE 16 WEEK CHALLENGE!! THE WILL CONTINUE TO CHARGE, EVEN AFTER THE 16 WEEKS IS UP! I HAD NO IDEA THEY USED A THIRD COMPANY TO BILL YOU! I AM NOW LOCKED INTO A YEAR CONTRACT CAUSE I DIDNT CANCEL ON AN EXACT DATE. I ASSUMED IT WAS AUTOMATICALLY OVER AT 16 WEEKS! NOPE! BE AWARE IF YOU SIGN UP FOR THE 16WEEK CHALLENGE, MAKE SURE YOU DONT ASSUME ITS FOR $15.92 a week for 16 weeks, and than its over! It more like a year challenge!!
I have been associated with this organization since it started in 1972. Everyone is given excellent instruction, personal attention when needed, and respect. Truly a family oriented organization. If you train here you become part of the family. I cannot recommend it more highly.
Our family has been involved with usko and we have finally joined and love it! My son looks forward to class and motivates him. The boot camp is filled with determined members and coaches challenge each session.
Fight night are fantastic, giving new fighters a platform to grow and family and friends cheer them on.
Wow, is this place amazing!! I knew this was the place for me from the very beginning. It's been 6 weeks since I made one of the best decisions of my life. The USKO family/staff have been the most engaged, supportive and caring individuals. This is the first time I have committed to any excercise program and I feel blessed to have found 'my space' at USKO.

Caring and encouraging instructors with the best facilities I have seen. They offer so many different types of classes it is hard to justify going elsewhere. Although, this did start out as a karate school they now offer Muay thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Great place and they are great at teaching. The instructors are the best. OSS!!!!!
My son has major anxiety, and is very bashful. The staff here has helped him so much. I recommend this to all my friends

Outstanding senseis and senpai. They strike the perfect balance between discipline and fun. Our 7 year old loves it. My only gripe is the throng of unattended younger siblings making a real mess of the small seating/viewing area.
Horrible. Low energy instructor, not encouraging nor very helpful. Left before the end of the 4 weeks period, it was so boring.
My whole family has been going to USKO for the past 3 years. My son who is 8 years old has had a tremendous boost in his self esteem and self discipline. The instructors are great and very helpful. They want to see the students do well and you can tell they take pride in seeing the kids grow in skill.
There are a lot of places you can go to take self defense or body sculpting classes, I know because I tried a lot of them out. I highly recommend this dojo not only because of the large variety of classes, but because this place has more of the family environment feel to it. Anyone who is interested in getting in shape or looking to learn self defense, you'd be making a big mistake if you didn't check out USKO.
USKO has something for everyone! The atmosphere is extremely family friendly and welcoming. I was a little bit hesitant to start training because I had ZERO experience but the trainers were very patient with me and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. The kickboxing classes will kick your butt! Very high intensity and they do a great job of switching it up to keep things different and challenging.
After only a few sessions with USKO, I can tell it's a family I'm glad to be apart of.
