Excellent instructors. I feel energized and well worked out when I leave. I always do a cryo session afterwards across the street which is perfect. Upper pier ave is becoming Health Ave with the solution drips, source cafe, True North Cryo and Bikram.... more

Great location. Please keep coffee out all day! PS: Mold is back in showers and at bathing suit dryer. I mentioned this a few months ago to front desk.... Pool closed for reconstruction till mid December.... more
