I *LOVE* this studio. I'm not typically into yoga or yoga studios, because a lot of the time I get done with the class and think "well, that was an hour of stretching, I guess" but at Hot Spot you WORK OUT and they somehow make it super fun.... more
I've been attending classes at Island Yoga for a few years. It's a charming upstairs studio with design touches that help ease you into a calm and meditative practice. There are lots of props available -- always clean and tidy.... more
Such a great studio! Super welcoming and friendly but also relaxed. Practices are both relaxed but can be challenging if you want them to be. Definitely recommend.. Although I'm a regular to the Berkeley/Oakland area, I had not yet discovered Innerstellar Pilates & Yoga.... more
Great teachers, nice facility that has been improved and decorated even better in the last few years. Good customer service at the desk when I had an issue with my account. Lots of parking, next to Berkeley Bowl if you need lunch or a snack!.... more
