Coach Chris and his team are absolutely amazing, to the point that I drive from Atlanta, Georgia to Birmingham, Alabama any chance I get to train with these men and women. Despite their success in the UFC, you'll find that the majority of people in their gym are 9-5, working class people who simply want to get in great shape and not be surrounded by a bunch of d-bags.... more
A great little climbing gym with very nice staff. A nice gym to come to for my accidental stop over in Birmingham.. I found this gym three years ago.. since then the community has grown so much! It's such a loving community, everyone pushes each other to be their best but encourages you with where you are in your goals.... more

Great place to take your kids. Adults can join in the fun as well. More than just a trampoline park. It has trampoline dodgeball, go-carts, foam jousting, and an obstacle course. Good exercise and a good way to spend time with your family which is something this country seems to have forgotten about.... more

Tried to cancel my membership over the phone in April and they said they just charged my account. Then I took my credit card off the website so they couldn't use it. They still somehow charged me.... more
