LOVE Birmingham Yoga! Every time I am in Birmingham I make it a point to drop in at my favorite home-away-from-home yoga studio. I love this studio because 99 percent of the classes are heated and they are an amazing aerobic and anaerobic workout. I especially love the Buti class and hot soul. 10/10 best studio in Birmingham.... more

I completed my Yoga Teacher Training with Leisha Knight here at Mountain Brook Yoga! The owner, Jimi, is just wonderful and so kind. I know they are revamping their class offerings Summer 2017 for the upcoming season to include some Intermediate Vinyasa classes, as well as some creative Dance Fusion and other Fusion classes that are FABULOUS! Great location, wonderful teachers, and beautiful studio!!!.... more
