Haven't gone here yet, i am looking for a place that prepares you for boxing and this is the only place that is good enough in my opinion. I would like to know if they are willing to put you in the ring? I want a gym that gives good lessons and puts you into some boxing matches.... more

Coach Chris and his team are absolutely amazing, to the point that I drive from Atlanta, Georgia to Birmingham, Alabama any chance I get to train with these men and women. Despite their success in the UFC, you'll find that the majority of people in their gym are 9-5, working class people who simply want to get in great shape and not be surrounded by a bunch of d-bags.... more
