Great gym! Best adult boot camp classes money can buy. Love the indoor astro turf. It's like pro athletic training for the average adult. All ages and athletic levels accepted. They'll tailor/modify the work out classes to fit any athletic level. The coaches care and are always there to help you meet your goals. I've tried just about every adult group fitness gym in town; This one has far more equipment and more to offer than everything else I tried. Not to mention, priced far less. Customers with unlimited class packs also have full access to the open gym if they want to come in on their own time! Not many group-fit gyms offer that. D1 also offers much more than just adult boot camps; They have other programs for high school, college, and pro athletes.
Never leaving D1! Best place in Alabama to get in shape, and stay in shape. They have the most experienced trainers who motivate you daily, and the environment is always friendly, and fun! I can't get enough of this place! Addicted!!!
