Great workout with plenty of class times and conveniently located so there's no excuse not to go! The instructors and community at Neighborhood Barre are beyond incredible. I went to about 5 classes per week before my wedding and was in the best shape of my life!

I start my morning five days a week at their 6AM class with a full body work-out and I'm in the best shape of my life at 55. My first day I was significantly over weight, decades older than every one and dressed completely wrong but I was welcomed like an old friend. I am stronger and more flexible than most women half my age and zipping a size 6 pants is absolutely mind blowing for me!

The instructor was very encouraging and interactive the whole class providing modifications if needed and was always moving to each individual to be sure we were in the proper position for the best workout.

Great workout. Some phenomenal instructors (book Katie Gordon). Sadly, management has really deteriorated since Paige Price left this past summer.
This place is fun!!!! Hard, but fun! It is also THE most welcoming and warm exercise/gym/class/workout place I have EVER been to. The instructors are wonderful, helpful, and CARE! They push you to do your best, but don't make you feel inadequate if/when you can't do it all. They also do adjustments for each exercise if you need them for your personal body and what it can do. It has become a community within that space for all of us. Friends meet and are met! I love it, and look forward to going all the time. I like to say it "hurts so good"! Every class makes me feel stronger, and I have definitely seen results in my body in a few months, as well as others in the class! Thank you Neighborhood Barre!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Neighborhood Barre Birmingham is a great workout! The instructors are all very knowledgeable, engaging, and continue to challenge students with each class.
